Discovery of Marrakech (4 hours)

This 4-hour discovery allows you to grasp many aspects of the Berber city.

The road will lead you from the outskirts of the Medina to the Koutoubia, a mosque built up in the 12th century. Its minaret, topped by its four gilded globes, is the true symbol of the city. You will go through Gueliz, the modern part of the city, constructed as from 1912 under the French protectorate well away from the old muslim city. Then, you will cross the palm grove, go alongside part of the 12 kilometers long ramparts girdling the city, with its 24 gates. The oldest one is Bab Agnaou, where storks settled. You will ride along the Royal Palace to reach the Menara, with its old olive grove, where Marrakchis as well tourists can take a walk. Its serenity is much appreciated, along with its broad watering pond, in which you can see the reflection of the Alawi pavilion, built in the 19th century.
